Our Return Promise

At ALH Perfumes, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless defective

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened fragrance bottles
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Intimate or sanitary goods

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at help.alh.in@gmail.com to initiate your return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  5. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation
  6. Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
